These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "Terms" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and qr98 (hereinafter referred to as "qr98", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of all services, content and functionality accessible via the domain qr98.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or digital properties operated by or on behalf of qr98.

By accessing the qr98 platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing wagers, participating in any promotional activity or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood this Agreement and that you accept these Terms without modification or qualification. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

qr98 is an English-language online gambling information and platform hub intended for use by Pakistani users. We do not hold a gambling license issued by any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. We make no representation that participation in online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in gambling activities complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on qr98, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable law. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform or participating in any gambling activity. qr98 employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC process.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must satisfy yourself that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any laws, regulations or restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is solely at the User's risk and responsibility.
4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds held therein.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or operator-imposed self-exclusion order at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which your Account remains active.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, complete and accurate. You undertake to keep your registered information up to date and to notify qr98 promptly of any material changes.

Registration on qr98 requires the submission of accurate personal details, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. The information provided must correspond to your identity as evidenced by a valid government-issued identification document.

qr98 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Verification may be initiated at registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by the Platform's compliance team. The following documents may be requested:

• Identity Verification: A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, or a valid passport. The document must be current and clearly legible in all submitted images.
• Address Verification: A recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued correspondence dated within the preceding 90 days and displaying your full residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits, which may include a bank statement or a screenshot of a mobile wallet account in your verified name.
• Liveness Check: A selfie or short video may be required to confirm that the individual registering matches the submitted identity document. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. qr98 will never request sensitive identification documents through social media, unencrypted email, or third-party messaging applications such as WhatsApp or Telegram. Submission through unofficial channels is at the User's sole risk and qr98 accepts no responsibility for any data breach arising from such conduct.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, qr98 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data scraping, automated access, reverse engineering or reproduction of any part of the Platform's content, code or functionality.

You agree that you will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You further agree that you will not:

• Access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, scrapers or any non-human means without prior written authorisation from qr98;
• Attempt to manipulate, circumvent or exploit any game mechanics, betting markets, bonus systems or security measures of the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overload, impair or compromise the Platform's systems or security;
• Share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to use your Account on your behalf;
• Open multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotional limits, wagering conditions or other restrictions;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users;
• Use the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.

qr98 reserves the right to monitor Account activity and to conduct investigations where suspicious or irregular activity is detected. Where such investigations are ongoing, access to the Account and its funds may be restricted pending resolution.

6.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited into your Account using the payment methods made available by the Platform at the relevant time. qr98 references local Pakistani payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah solely as informational context. These references do not constitute an endorsement of or partnership with any named payment provider. Actual deposit method availability, transaction limits and processing times are determined by the operator and the respective payment providers and may vary without notice.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your Account has been fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in Clause 4;
• The name on your designated withdrawal account corresponds precisely to the name registered and verified on your qr98 Account;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds have been satisfied;
• Your Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes, investigations or compliance queries;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set by the operator for the selected payment method.

6.3 Processing Times. qr98 makes no guarantee or representation regarding specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times depend on the operator's internal review procedures, the selected payment method and the policies of the relevant financial institution or payment provider. Users are advised to consult the Platform's Help Centre for current indicative processing information.

6.4 Currency. Transactions may be processed in PKR or other currencies as configured by the operator. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees charged by their payment provider.

From time to time, qr98 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral credits and other incentive-based rewards to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions in addition to the general Terms set out in this Agreement.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on qr98:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, live dealer games and slots may each carry distinct contribution percentages as specified in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date or validity window. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, device, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same promotion using different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: qr98 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour commitments already made in respect of active bonuses at the time of any such modification.

Illustrative bonus amounts referenced on qr98 — such as a PKR 25,000 welcome bonus or a PKR 1,000 referral credit — are provided as conceptual examples only and do not represent live, guaranteed offers. Users should refer to the Platform's current promotions page for accurate and up-to-date bonus details.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the qr98 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Upon detection, qr98 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the User's Account, void all pending and settled bets or wagers originating from the prohibited conduct, and forfeit any Account Balance derived from such activity:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other interaction with the Platform;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, fictitious identities, automated tools or coordination with other users;
• Arbitrage and Hedging: Systematically placing offsetting bets across platforms or markets with the primary purpose of guaranteeing profit irrespective of outcome, in a manner that circumvents normal betting activity;
• Chip Dumping and Collusion: Deliberately transferring chips, credits or winnings to another user through coordinated play in live dealer or poker games;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in connection with any scheme to disguise, transfer or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of a deposit made to qr98 while retaining the benefits obtained from that deposit;
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software errors, bugs, latency vulnerabilities or any other technical defect in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the qr98 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, game interfaces, software code, audio-visual materials and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of qr98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, published, displayed, modified or adapted in any form or by any means — whether electronic, mechanical or otherwise — without the prior express written consent of qr98. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

The limited licence granted to Users under Clause 5 of this Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by qr98.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qr98 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from technical failures, system outages, connectivity interruptions or data transmission errors beyond qr98's reasonable control;
• Losses caused by your failure to keep your Account credentials secure or arising from unauthorised access to your Account;
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results or payout calculations resulting from verifiable system malfunctions, provided that qr98 takes reasonable steps to investigate and remedy such errors promptly.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from qr98's negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qr98 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.

qr98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Users with tools and information to help them maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your financial situation, relationships, mental health or professional obligations, you are encouraged to make use of the tools and resources described below.

Player Protection Tools. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period of up to 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Users may configure maximum net loss thresholds over daily, weekly or monthly periods. Once reached, further play is paused until the limit resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations and receive automatic notifications or logouts when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications display elapsed play time and net session result to promote awareness of gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent account closure. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period. qr98 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion.

qr98 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details held on their Account and will be published on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. The current version of the Terms is always available at qr98.cam/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 4.

Minor revisions — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing clauses, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be implemented without advance notice.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gambling licence. qr98 does not operate under a Pakistani gambling licence and makes no representation that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law.

Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact qr98's support team in the first instance via Live Chat or the Help Centre. qr98 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes informally within 15 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes will be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism designated by the operator's licencing authority.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
